1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or advance confirmation.
- Guests will receive a booking confirmation via email or phone.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Day Picnic: Check-in at 9:30 AM and Check-out at 6:00 PM.
- Overnight Stay: Check-in at 1:00 PM and Check-out at 4:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Identification Requirement
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Accepted IDs include:
- Aadhaar Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter ID
Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of entry.
4. Payment Policy
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before check-in.
- Accepted payment methods may include online transfers, UPI, or other approved methods.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation.
- Full refund may be applicable if cancellation is made well in advance.
- Partial refund or no refund may apply for last-minute cancellations.

6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and resort property
- Avoiding damage to resort property
- Following all resort rules and safety guidelines
Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest.
7. Children Policy
- Children below 5 years stay complimentary.
- Children between 3 to 10 years may be charged special child rates.
- Children above 10 years are considered adults.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited within resort premises:
- Illegal activities
- Carrying weapons
- Disturbing other guests
- Misuse of resort facilities
Management reserves the right to take necessary action if rules are violated.
9. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking and alcohol consumption may be allowed only in designated areas as per resort rules.
10. Management Rights
Uniwonders Resort reserves the right to:
- Refuse admission to guests without valid identification
- Cancel bookings in case of violation of resort policies
- Modify policies without prior notice
11. Limitation of Liability
Uniwonders Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings of guests during their stay.
Guests are advised to take proper care of their valuables.
